We’re excited to remind everyone that the Bear Creek Ranch HOA will be hosting a Family Fun Day in front of the pool house. Please see the details below and join us for a fun-filled event with your family and neighbors.

Event Details:

Location: In front of the Pool House – 2047 Fair Weather Dr, Lancaster, TX
Date: 6/28/2025
Time: 10am to 1pmWhat to Expect:

• Food Trucks will be serving a variety of options including breakfast sandwiches, hot dogs, hamburgers, veggie burgers, grilled cheese, chips, and drinks
• A Treat Truck will be available offering snow cones, cotton candy, churros, and lemonade
• A Balloon Artist will be on site to entertain the kids
• Food Tickets will be distributed at the event table; plates are limited and will be available on a first come, first served basis

There will be a designated table for residents needing assistance with their pool key cards. If your current card is not working, we will attempt to troubleshoot the issue on-site. If we’re unable to resolve the problem immediately, your information will be recorded and forwarded to the Pool Key Access Department for follow-up.

If you are in need of a new or replacement key card, you will need to complete the “Pool Key Request Form” available through your homeowner dashboard atwww.bearcreekranchhoa.com

If your HOA account is delinquent due to unpaid annual assessments, your pool key card has been temporarily deactivated. To restore access, you must make payment arrangements with the billing department. Please note that the on-site staff will not be able to accept payments during the event.
