Pet Waste Clean-Up

We would like to remind you to be courteous to your neighbors. When walking your pets, please clean up after they have done their business. This helps to keep the community clean and prevents possible diseases from spreading to other pets in the community. Please be aware of the restricted activities listed in your governing documents pertaining to pets. We thank you for your cooperation in the matter.
EXHIBIT āCā Restricted Activities:
(b) Raising, breeding, or keeping animals except that a reasonable number of dogs, cats, or otherusual and common household pets may be permitted in a Unit. However, those pets which are permittedto roam free, or, in the Board's sole discretion, make objectionable noise, endanger the health or safety of,constitute a nuisance or inconvenience to the occupants other Units be removed theBoard's request. If the pet owner fails to honor such request, the Board may remove the pet. Dogs shall bekept on a leash or otherwise confined in a manner acceptable to the Board whenever outside the dwelling.Pets shall be registered, licensed, and inoculated as required by law;
(c) Any activity that emits foul or obnoxious odors outside the Unit creates noise or other conditionsthat tend to disturb the peace or threaten the safety of the occupants of other Units;
(d) Any activity that violates local, stare, or federal laws or regulations; however, the Board shallhave no obligation to rake enforcement action in the event of a violation;
