On Street Parking & Commercial Vehicle Rules

As the Managing Agent for Bear Creek Ranch Homeowners Association, Inc. it is our responsibility to notify homeowners of the restrictive covenant pertaining to overnight parking and other supporting rules for the parking of commercial or large vehicles in the community.

Please read the below passage from the governing documents regarding acceptable use of on street parking and storage of vehicles on property. It is our goal to keep your community looking beautiful and streets clear of obstruction. We appreciate your cooperation.

EXHIBIT “C” Initial Rules

(a) Overnight parking of. vehicles on public '' private streets or thoroughfares; or parking of commercial vehicles or equipment, mobile homes, recreational vehicles, golf carts, boats and other watercraft, trailers, stored vehicles, or inoperable vehicles in places other than enclosed garages or other locations screened from view of adjacent property in a manner approved by the Reviewer pursuant to Article 5; provided construction, service delivery vehicles shall be exempt from this provision during normal business hours for such period of rime as is reasonably necessary to provide service or to make a delivery to a Unit or the Common Area;
