Pending pool access requests

Due to the influx of pool key requests this time of year, the review process is taking longer than usual. In the meantime, for the homeowners that have yet to receive their pool access, please follow the steps below on your next visit to the pool. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.

1. Make sure you do not have any delinquent fees with the HOA. If you have an outstanding balance, you must make payment arrangements with the billing team at billing@essexhoa.com, or your pool access will be denied.

2. Must provide a valid State ID. (16 years or older).

3. Have the on-duty monitor confirm your name and address.
